Out of town clients are looking for historic property in the City of Dayton. They have decided to focus their efforts on South Park. They've visited the Historic South Park website, and have looked at photos from the MLS, but to really give them a feel for what they can expect, I've been previewing properties for them, and plugging the photos into this new tool for real estate. It's called engenu, and has been created by the Phoenix Realtors at Bloodhound Realty.
Part of the charm of historic properties is all the attention to detail. I've grabbed a few photos of some of the more charming details I found on my preview trips, and have plugged them into engenu to share.
