Dayton Ohio has been ahead of the country in terms of the housing market. We have been losing jobs for the past decade, which has affected some areas way more than other areas. The core city of Dayton is the hardest hit, and that's what you are looking at in this report- this is the city core.

There are pockets within the city- historic districts that have weathered this better than the general city of Dayton. That's why it's imperative to ask for details and particulars when looking at a neighborhood. One block can make thousands of dollars difference.</description>

That is a pretty considerable decline, how has it effected the market as a whole in your area and what would you say is the cause for the drop. I wouldn’t guess that this is any relation to the current market conditions, given that it started declining two years ago, but what do you think?</description>
